Maintenance and Repairs
The hydraulic embossing machinery, hot stamping machines, devices and embossing tools, etc. that we supply are our own designs, and are developed, produced and assembled by us, in-house.
Repair and maintenance work on our machines and other technical facilities currently on the market are carried out quickly and expertly by our qualified technicians. Therefore, as the majority of replacement parts are stored in our warehouse, we can guarantee fast repair times for our customers.
In addition, where possible our technicians will also service and repair your machines at your facility.
For more extensive repairs, we also offer replacement machines or provide temporary replacements, which we provide you with for the duration of the repair works.
Packaging & Shipping
Our products are always diligently and properly packed to ensure that the products reach you undamaged and without any loss of quality.
We always process our customers’ orders as quickly as possible, and provide fast shipping. Within Germany, items are generally shipped on the same day that the order is processed.
Goods are shipped either via a courier service or, for large deliveries, with the help of a haulage firm. In addition, we can provide direct delivery using our own vehicles.
